These are some wonderful tips to beat the signs of aging, but I'm sure you realize it's difficult to follow all your suggestions.

I think a healthy diet, drinking water and exercise are absolutely necessary and others like beat the stress or Stay Active n Stop Worrying shouldn't be a rule, because sometimes we can't control these actions:)

Getting ex boyfriend back after a breakup,I’m extremely happy that will are living together again.
